Thank you in your interest in the CCETC Group Buy to provide services for the 2007-2008 school year. The deadline for participation is November 30, 2007. Numbers will be aggregated bi-monthly and you will be invoiced by the vendor.

CCETC plans to host a Group Buy for FY 2008-2009 beginning in January 2008. Check back then for participating vendors!

Guidelines for Participation

Please read the following guidelines prior to ordering:

Participation

Schools and districts must be within the geographic boundaries of California counties with contacts who have agreed to coordinate the purchases (see below). We are unable to accept orders outside of participating counties at this time. We hope to be able to accept orders from all California counties in the future.

There may be limitations for private school participation, depending on agreements with various vendors. Therefore, pricing may be different for private schools. If applicable, you will be contacted by the vendor with further information.

Pricing

Each vendor submits a “maximum” discounted pricing followed by tiered discounts for growing participation. When budgeting your cost, figure the maximum amount per student; however, your actual price may be lower, depending on participation. This amount will be communicated to you by your county office or by the vendor, depending on each county’s operation. By spreading the word over time, we will gather more participation.

The minimum order is a school site, unless otherwise stated. Student enrollment or Average Daily Attendance (ADA) should encompass the entire student body as reported to the state. No partial campus orders will be processed.

Commitment

By submitting ADA for specific services, you are submitting your intent to contract for that service.
Anyone submitting their intent to contract must be authorized to do so by their school or district.
The person who submits the intent to contract will act as the contact for vendors to generate purchase orders and for invoicing.

Fresno, Kern, Kings (through Tulare), Los Angeles, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Stanislaus, Tulare, & Tuolumne.
